This workshop will help focus on your strengths, emotions and projection. We will start by learning some drills, discover how to get more attitude and how to 'POWER UP' within your inner self. Learn to release and to make bigger dynamic movements. Even learn a wee choreography to show the 'TIGER' side of the force.
